Rabbi Tzvi has a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering.
Born in the United States, Rabbi Tzvi made Aliya in 1996.
He started as an engineer at various software companies around the world. He was acquainted with the Nahal Haredi in 1999 while attending a lesson by Rabbi Natan Bar Haim, and began getting involved on behalf of Haredi soldiers for years to come.
Rabbi Tzvi served as the CEO of Netzah Yehuda Organization from 2010-2014.
