What personal information we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the response form, as well as the visitor’s IP address, and their browser’s user agent string to help identify spam responses.
When uploading images to the site, we recommend that you avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download and extract all location data from the images on the site.
By writing a comment on our site, you can decide whether to allow us to save your name, email address and URL in cookies. The save will be done for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again by writing another comment. The cookie files will be saved for a year.
If you visit the login page of the site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser receives cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and was deleted when the browser was closed.
When you log in, we will also set a number of ‘cookies’ to save your login information and your display choices. Login cookies are valid for two days, and cookies are valid for one year. If you select the “Remember Me” option, your login information will be valid for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you edit or publish an article, another cookie file will be saved in your browser. This cookie file contains no personal data and simply specifies the article post ID. It expires after one day.
